Take a cabbage and remove the wasted leaves; coarsely grate it and wash quickly in cold water; After shake it to remove the water as much as possible.
Place the cabbage, no added water, into a pot so that it is at least 3/4 full and put the cover.
Cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes, until it is formed the layer of water and continue cooking for 7-10 minutes on a low heat; Add the salt and butter and serve.
