Instructions

Mix until dough without lumps.

Put at the center of each omelette a tablespoon of minced meat, a little slice of mozzarella, a sprinkling of pecorino cheese, one tablespoon of sauce and chopped parsley.
Once you've wrapped the eggrolls as cannelloni arrange in greased baking, seasoning them with the sauce and a sprinkling of pecorino.
Put the baking tray in the oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
