Ricotta mousse coffee
Instructions
In a large bowl mix the ricotta with a wooden spoon, then amalgatevi the cream.
When the mixture reaches a smooth consistency add the coffee, mixed with care so that the liquid is completely absorbed.
Add the icing sugar.
Adjust the sweet taste of the cream at your leisure.
Distributed in glass cups, decorated with coffee beans, place at least two hours in the fridge and remove a quarter of an hour before serving.

- 600 g of ricotta
- 4 tablespoons of cream
- 2 tablespoons of strong coffee
- 4 tablespoons of icing sugar
