Ginger prawn skewers
Instructions
Clean the prawns and let them marinate for 3-4 hours in white wine, pepper and ginger.
Drain them and infilateli on wooden skewers.
Cook on griddle or Grill, irrorandoli occasionally with the same marinade you made them macerate.
To Cook, heat the Brandy in a small pan, heat and immediately pour over the prawns you have already placed on the serving dish.
