Rustic spaghetti
Instructions
Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water.
Meanwhile, deprive of all cheese crust and cut into small pieces.
Melt in a large pan 40 g of butter and when it is bubbling add the cheese and melt over low heat, add 5 tablespoons of cream and stir.
Turn the dough into the pan with the cheese, then add the Parmesan, truffle paste, pepper and mix again.

- 40 g of butter
- 5 tablespoons of cream
- 30 g of fontina cheese
- 30 g of sweet gorgonzola cheese
- 30 g of sweet provolone cheese
- 30 g of taleggio cheese
- 1 teaspoon of truffle paste
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Abundant of salt
- Pepper
