Peel the almonds, dry and fine pestatele with a spoonful of sugar.
Make a white sauce with flour, butter and warm milk.
Before removing from heat, add the almonds, sugar and vanilla sugar.
Cool the mixture add the eggs (before the reds and then the clear mounted), grease with butter a mold and pour in the mass that you bake in the oven.
Serve hot in the pan.
