Liqueur soufflé
Instructions
Beat the egg yolks with sugar, add 1 glass of liqueur and cook over Bain-Marie stirring constantly until mixture is soft and fluffy.
Continuing to turn to cool, then add another nightcap, the egg whites and cream.
Put the mixture into a mold in the freezer for about two hours.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 2 cups of orange liqueur
- 100 g of sugar
- 4 egg yolks
- 3 egg whites
- 25 cl of whipped
