Wet soles
Instructions
Grease a baking pan deponendovi half of the peeled chopped onion, a clove of garlic and parsley, half the sliced mushrooms, salted and then lay down, the soles and cover with the remaining tomatoes and mushrooms, wet with white wine and with three tablespoons of olive oil, bake and cook for 30 minutes over moderate heat.

- 200 g of mushrooms
- 2 cups of dry white wine
- 500 g of peeled tomatoes
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- Butter
- Parsley
- 1 clove of garlic
- Salt
