Mackerel boiled carrots
Instructions
Scrape the carrots and bollitele in one liter of cold water and the salt.
Cook for 30 minutes.
Remove the carrots and just warm, cut into disks in a salad bowl.
Season with salt, vinegar, oil, parsley and mustard.
Mix well.
Place 4 slices on a platter of mackerel and combine the carrot salad.

- 400 g of canned mackerel
- 400 g of carrots
- 1 handful of parsley
- 1 tablespoon of mustard
- 2 tablespoons of wine vinegar
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 pinches of climbs
- 1 pinch of coarse salt
