Mackerel with green beans
Instructions
Remove the wire to green beans.
Peel the tomatoes, remove the seeds and cut into pieces.
In a pan heat two tablespoons of oil, let them wither sliced onion, carrot, parsley and chopped thyme.
Add the green beans and cook for a quarter of an hour.
Add the tomato sauce, two tablespoons of capers, add salt and pepper and cook another 5 minutes.
Cleaned mackerel, wash them, dry them, sprinkle with flour and FRY in a pan with 3 tablespoons of olive oil.
Drain them, season of green beans in the pan for 5 minutes.
Adjust the salt if necessary.
