Cabbage flan with pecorino romano
Instructions
Boil the cabbage in salty water, saute in a skillet with the olive oil, garlic and chilli.
Pass the vegetables, adding salt and pepper to taste.
Cut Bacon slices and arrange them on the cabbage boiling again and divided into piles.
Wait until the slices of bacon melt and add a generous layer of cheese cut into curls.
