Gallic meat pudding
Instructions
Mix together 200 g of minced beef, boiled potatoes 3 passed through a sieve, 1 chopped onion and fried in a tablespoon of butter, salt, pepper, nutmeg and a cup of beef broth.
Pour this mixture into a ring mould, grease with butter and sprinkled with breadcrumbs and season with butter flakes.
Go to the oven already warm at 180 degrees for 50 minutes.
Serve hot or warm with stewed vegetables.
