Orange flan
Instructions
Finely chop the almonds into the mixer.
Beat the egg yolks with sugar until mixture is light and fluffy.
Add the almonds, sieved flour, filtered orange juice and egg whites are firm.
Pour the mixture into a buttered and floured Tin and bake in a water bath in oven for about 1 hour.
Dilute the jam with the liqueur in a small saucepan on low heat.
Serve the sweet sprayed from salsa.

- 60 g of rice flour
- 125 g of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 oranges
- 125 g of peeled almonds
- Orange marmalade
- Orange liqueur
- Butter
