Marinated Filet Mignon (Bistecchine Marinate)
Instructions
Finely chop the Rosemary with garlic, put on a plate the meat slices, sprinkle with the chopped and a little olive oil.
Let marinate for 1 hour.
Knead the butter with anchovy paste, let it melt, fry the meat, drizzle it with white wine and cook for 8 minutes, by salting.

- 1 sprig of rosemary
