White celery with gorgonzola
Instructions
Mix the mascarpone cheese with gorgonzola until obtaining a creamy texture paste.
Clean the celery and cut stalks of boats.
Cover the cavity with the cream and keep in the fridge for up to 15 minutes before serving.
Decorated with Walnut kernels.
