Whipped cream sauce and radishes
Instructions
Clean radishes and keep them to soak for about half an hour in cold water.
Place the chopper Bowl (the quantity obtained must fill a teacup), collect the proceeds in a bowl and add salt very little.
Mix the radishes with a TSP semipiccante mustard and flavored with a few drops of lemon.
A tablespoon at a time, carefully fold the whipped cream mixing gently so as not to dismantle it.

- 3 bunches of radishes
- 1 large cup of whipped
- 1 teaspoon of semipiccante mustard
- Few drops of lemon juice
- Salt
