Jugo de naranja sauce
Instructions
Heat the oil in a heavy skillet.
Add the peppers and saute.
Put the fried chillies, garlic, salt and orange juice in a blender and blend.
If the sauce is too thick, add more orange juice and season with salt to taste.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1/4 cup of olive oil (or vegetable oil)
- 4 washed peppers, without seeds and svenati
- 2 cloves of peeled garlic
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 3/4 cup of orange juice
