Wholemeal biscuits
Instructions
Mix butter and sugar.
Add to the mixture, eggs and flour, then yeast, salt, Vanillin, if necessary, to soften, put a drop of milk.
With the syringe for portioning desserts, cookies directly onto the baking tray and dust them with powdered sugar.
Cook in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1000 G = = wholemeal flour
- 500 G = = Cane
- 1 envelope of vanillin
- 600 g of margarine
- 4 whole eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 envelope yeast
- 1 pinch of salt
- Icing sugar
