Instructions
Chop the walnuts nuts in Blender until powdered to reduce them.
Pour the sauce into a saucepan along with the nuts and egg yolk and put on low heat.
Cook, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon, for 10-15 minutes and then add the grated Parmesan.
With this salsa can spice up any type of pasta, egg too.

- 1 egg yolk
- 1 cup of bechamel
- 150 g of shelled walnuts
- 3 tablespoons of parmigiano
