Garnished salmon
Instructions
Tie a slice of fresh salmon 1000 g fresh focus and boil in salted water, flavoured with bay leaves, chopped 10, two finely sliced onions, two slices unpeeled lemon and a teaspoon of black pepper in grains.
Drain the cooked fish, unpin it and serve it on a plate of sliced lettuce, covered with tomato wedges, chopped parsley and cucumber slices, all washed down with 100 g of melted butter in a Bain-Marie.

- 10 leaves of laurel
- 2 onions
- 2 lemons
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper in grains
- Lettuce salad
- Tomatoes in slices
- Parsley
- Cucumber slices
- 100 g of butter
