Wheels with olives
Instructions
Coarsely chop the tomatoes.
In a skillet saute the garlic with 5 tablespoons of olive oil and then remove it.
Add the chopped anchovies and mash up to reduce them to a pulp, add the sliced olives and season the sauce for 5 minutes.
Add in chopped tomatoes, salt, pepper and withdraw the gravy, stirring often.
Cook pasta al dente and dress with the sauce.

- 400 g of type pasta wheels
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 4 anchovy fillets
- 500 g of peeled tomatoes
- Pepper stuffed olives
- Little of salt
