Instructions
Halve the kidneys and let them marinate in 4 tablespoons oil with crushed juniper berries.
Leave in marinade at least 30 minutes.
Drain and slice.
Blow them up in a pan with the marinade and chopped onion.
Wet with gin and let it evaporate.
Season with salt, and pepper and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.
