Roast beef with plums
Instructions
Wash and reel off the plums.
Sprinkle with lemon juice and cook them in a frying pan for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle the meat with spices and browned in a pan with oil and pickles.
Keep on the fire for 10 minutes on low heat, adding water, if necessary.
Add the prunes and cook 5 minutes.

- 100 g of veal breast
- 150 g of plums
- 200 g of pickles
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Mixed spices (cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon)
- Salt
