Roast beef with mustard
Instructions
In a dry Pan toast the flour; Add the mustard.
Grease just outside meat with oil, then sprinkle with flour and mustard.
Place in a baking pan and seal the meat under the grill for 15 minutes at 220 degrees rigirandola.
Decrease to 170 degrees, wrap the meat tightly in aluminum foil, put it back in the Pan and cook 1 more hour.
