Instructions
Cook the rice with 1 pinch of salt and heat the cream in a pan and the chopped parsley.
As soon as the rice is cooked, pour it into a bowl, season with 4 tablespoons of grated cheese and stir slowly so that the cheese rests, combine the butter, cream, parsley and serve.
