Risotto with Spinach (2)
Instructions
Clean and Wash spinach, put half of the butter in a pan, add the spinach and Cook 10 minutes, then add some water and ladle when it starts to boil and pour the rice with a wooden spoon stir continuously; Add more water if necessary.
When cooked add salt.
Finally, add the remaining butter, a handful of grated Parmesan cheese, stir well and serve immediately.

- 500 g of spinach
- 50 g of butter
- 500 g of rice
- Salt
- 1 handful of grated parmesan cheese
