Instructions
Brown in butter half chopped onion with sausage Bared.
Add the rice and toast.
Deglaze with the wine, let it evaporate, pour the boiling broth and bring the rice cooking over medium heat.
Shortly before the end of cooking add the other sausage into small pieces and the rest of the butter.
Stir a few moments, season with plenty of parmesan and serve.

- 250 g of stripped sausage
- 200 g of entire sausage
- 150 g of butter
- 1 glass white wine
- 200 cl of broth
- 1 onion
- Abundant of grated parmesan cheese
