Risotto with Sausage (2)
Instructions
Saute chopped onion in butter.
Peel the sausage, mincing and browned with the onion.
Add the rice and chopped Sage and seasoning.
Cover with the broth and let it absorb.
Serve powdered with plenty of grated Parmesan.

- 350 g of rice
- 1 onion
- 150 g of soft sausage
- 30 g of butter
