Risotto with Tuna (Risotto con Il Tonno)
Instructions
Boil the rice in salted water.
Drain and season with oil and the juice of a lemon.
Place the dome-shaped rice on a tray, try us over the chopped tuna and lastly the grated lemon rind.
A ground pepper and bring to the table.
