Risotto with beans
Instructions
Saute in oil a beaten of garlic, carrot and Bacon along with the crumbled sausage.
Add the beans already boiled with a little of their water and cook for 15 minutes.
Add the rice, salt and pepper and finish cooking by combining occasionally 2 ladlefuls hot.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of rice
- 1 carrot
- 80 g of bacon
- 1 crumbled sausage
- 200 g of frozen pinto beans
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 100 cl of broth
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
