Risotto with Vegetables (Risotto Alle Verdure)
Instructions
Brown the turnips, carrots and diced green beans in a sauce of butter, olive oil and chopped onion, simmer gently for 10 minutes.
Add the rice and bring it to cook slowly, adding the hot broth.
At the end add the sliced lettuce and Parmesan.
