Risotto with walnuts
Instructions
Put the rice to cook in salted water.
Meanwhile prepare the sauce emulsifying oil, vinegar, garlic and salt.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over boiled rice.
Serve hot.

- 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Salt
- 500 g of rice
- 6 tablespoons of walnut pesto
- 150 g of sliced red onion
- 150 g of celery slices
- 70 g of celery leaves
