Instructions
To wither in a saucepan with oil and butter, finely chopped onion, add the washed and chopped radicchio and saute.
Add the rice, leave flavor, pour the wine, let it evaporate, add the hot broth, Cook stirring, sprinkle with Parmesan and serve.

- 200 g of radicchio di treviso
