Risotto with mushrooms
Instructions
Put soaked in warm water and dried porcini mushrooms at least 1 hour before serving.
FRY onion in a pan with a little oil and butter and then add the mushrooms well drained.
Add the rice and bathed with the broth until it is cooked.
When cooked pour the cream and sprinkled with Parmesan.
