Risotto with squid
Instructions
Prepared chopped garlic and parsley and put it in a pan with oil.
Just starts to Brown, add the squid.
Cook the rice as a normal risotto and finally add the olives pitted and cut into pieces.
Mix and serve piping hot.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 500 g of fresh calamari
- 200 g of black olives
- 300 g of rice
- Olive oil
- Parsley
- Garlic
