Instructions
Boil the rice in salted water and, in the meantime, wash and remove the spines to anchovies, then put them on the cutting board and finely chop with tuna and a handful of parsley.
Take in a small saucepan heat the oil, add the chopped anchovies and tuna, simmer and serve this sauce with boiled rice and well drained.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 350 g of rice
- 150 g of tuna in olive oil
- 4 anchovies
- Chopped parsley
- 50 g of olive oil
- Salt
