Garlic and oil sauce for vegetables and fish

This preparation is excellent for cooking fish (prawns, mussels, P2) and vegetables (Zucchini, boiled potatoes, spinach etc.
).
In a large skillet, sauté 2 cloves of garlic in 2 tablespoons oil, add the chosen ingredients and continue cooking.
Meanwhile, in a blender, puree 6 cloves of garlic with the lemon juice and 2 tablespoons oil, you'll get a creamy sauce.
A few minutes before the complete cooking fish or vegetables, add the sauce of garlic into the Pan and sauté over high heat stirring well.
