In a saucepan heat the butter and let wilt finely chopped shallots.
Then add any chopped herbs with the Crescent.
Stir and set aside by the fire after a few minutes.
In a saucepan, bring to a boil salted water and lessatevi rice.
Upside down while holding it in sauce pan, stir and passed on warm serving dish.
Sprinkle with cheese and serve.
