Rice with zucchini
Instructions
Cut Zucchini into cubes and fry them.
Put them in the blender and reduce them to cream.
Prepare a sauce with tomatoes, basil, olive oil and garlic, then add the zucchini puree, Cook for 5 minutes and adjust seasoning.
Cook the rice, leave it to drain and pour in the sauce, Cook for 2 minutes and serve with plenty of Parmesan.

- 2 zucchini
- 300 g of peeled tomatoes
