Calendula rice
Instructions
In a Pan fry, with half of the butter, finely chopped onion, add the rice, stirring to take flavor.
Pour a ladle of hot broth, then add the flowers of calendula previously beaten up to reduce them as a battutino.
Add the mushrooms clean, washed and cut into thin slices.
Cooking the risotto dishes combining the broth gradually being absorbed.
Before serving mix with remaining butter and grated Parmesan cheese, stir gently and bring to the table.

- 400 g of rice
- 1 onion
- 30 g of calendula petals
- 150 g of mushrooms
- 80 g of butter
- Broth
- 60 g of parmigiano
- Salt
- Pepper
