Rigatoni al limone
Instructions
Cut the ham into strips and roast it in a little butter, wet with the cognac and keep it warm.
Grate the lemon rind.
Let simmer the cream in a large saucepan, combine the zest and a pinch of salt.
Boil the rigatoni, drain and pour into the pan with the cream.
Get them seasoning stirring for a few minutes then serve with a dusting of cinnamon, ham and a handful of chopped parsley.

- 350 g of type rigatoni pasta
- 70 g of ham (slices from 70 g)
- 20 cl of cream
- 1 tablespoon of cognac
- 2 lemons
- Little of butter
- 1 == Pto Meeting
- 1 handful of chopped parsley
- Sprinkling 1 of cinnamon
