Glazed radishes
Instructions
Clean radishes, wash, drain them, divide them into two, put them in a pot, cover them with cold water, add the butter, sugar and a pinch of salt.
Bring to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer very slowly and in covered container until the liquid has become thick and syrupy.
At this point, stir in the radishes are veiled by the syrup evenly.
This unusual and attractive side dish can be combined successfully to a roast arista of pork or veal.
