Winter ratatuglia
Instructions
In a pan put 2 spoonfuls cold oil, a knob of butter, onion sliced thin.
Add salt and cook very soft focus.
Before browned throw carrots sliced thin.
Wet hot broth with every now and then.
After 10 minutes add the artichokes, cut into thin wedges.
When the vegetables are cooked, Sprinkle chopped parsley, let still one minute over heat and serve.

- 2 fennel
- 2 artichokes
- 2 carrots
- 1/2 onion
