Instructions

Chop the vegetables and pancetta: 10 seconds at speed 4.

Add the oil and soffriggi: 100 3 minutes at room temperature.

Combine the meat and Spice it up for another 10 minutes at room temperature 1 speed 100, wetting with red wine.

Add the salt, and Cook 20 minutes at room temperature: 100 speed 1.

It's great to dress noodles, fettuccine and lasagne.

Tips: If you want to double your dose, you should place the butterfly.
