White sauce
Instructions
Lower left In a pot heat the oil and melt the butter, then insaporitevi vegetables and finely chopped pancetta.
Add the ground beef, mix well and let Cook to vivacious fire.
Add half a glass of wine and let it evaporate.
Add salt to taste.
Reduce the heat and cook slowly for an hour and a half by adding once in a while a little broth.
When cooked you can combine three tablespoons of cream to make the sauce smoother.

- 200 g of beef
- 200 g of pork
- 50 g of bacon
- 50 g of butter
- Olive oil
- 1 glass of broth
- 1/2 cup of white wine
- 1 carrot
- 1 costa of celery
- 1 medium onion
- Salt
- 3 tablespoons of cream (optional)
