Pork pins in red wine
Instructions
In a saucepan melt the butter, let insaporitevi the Sage leaves, lay the needles and let them cook for twenty minutes, turning constantly.
Add salt and pepper and continue cooking for 30 minutes abundant pouring every now and then a little wine.
Served piping hot.
