Leeks to the bacon
Instructions
Peel leeks; slice into rings and Herbed Breadcrumbs in oil and 1 teaspoon 2 ladles of broth with a hint of tarragon and shallots.
Salt.
After about 30 minutes remove from heat (must not have liquid) and add the slices of bacon for 1 minute passes.
Place immediately in individual dishes with 2 slices of bacon, a drizzle of raw oil, ground pepper.

- 3 leeks
- 8 thin slices of prized lard
- 2 ladles of vegetable broth
- 1 pinch of tarragon
- Shallots
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Unrefined sea salt
- Minced 1 of white pepper
