Vegetable meatloaf
Instructions
Saute the onion in a little olive oil, add the couscous (already prepared with hot water and butter), the chickpeas and spinach.
Add salt and cook for a few minutes.
Remove from heat, add a beaten egg and transferred into a mold by plumcake well greased and sprinkled with breadcrumbs.
Bake in hot oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
Wait until it is lukewarm before cutting it into slices.

- 200 g of boiled chickpeas
- 100 g of boiled spinach
- 100 g of couscous
- Butter for cous-cous
- 1 white onion
- Little of olive oil
- 1 egg
- Salt
- Breadcrumbs
