Lamb meatloaf with yoghurt
Instructions
Mix the meat with pine nuts, 1 egg, mint leaves and chopped garlic, salt and pepper.
With wet hands give the compound form of meatloaf and roast in a baking dish with the butter.
Whisk 1 egg yolk in a bowl with the yogurt, salt and pepper, pour the mixture into the pan of meatloaf, add 10 minced mint leaves and bake in the oven at 200 degrees already warm for about 25 minutes.

- 600 g of minced lamb meat
- 30 g of pine nuts
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 eggs
- 3 jars of yoghurt (125 g jars)
- 30 g of butter
- Mint
- Salt
- Pepper
