Chicken with scallions
Instructions
Cook the chicken in 4 tablespoons hot oil, add salt and spray it with a glass of wine to evaporate to moderate flame.
Sprinkle with the chopped parsley, then add the onions.
Cover and cook over medium heat for about 1 hour, stirring a few times.
If necessary moisten with hot water.
Serve the chicken surrounded by onions.

- 4 chicken thighs with sopracoscia
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 glass red wine
- Chopped parsley
- 500 g of already skinned onions
- Salt
